From the same guy that pushed Buffy the Vampire Slayer onto me (thanks DrMaustus) comes my next favorite television series I’ve seen the in the past few years; Veronica Mars.

Well, I’ve finished watching this 3-season series now, and all I can say to sum it all up is, wow - what a great show. I know it’s not full of geek-lore, vampires, zombies, elves, dwarves, computer hackers, robots, space ships, time travel, alien races, space exploration, or anything of that sort… but this series is really great.

So - what is this series? It’s a detective series, really. I never imagined I would really enjoy a detective show so much though, it’s not really my thing. But Veronica Mars is a smart, well written, cleverly put together series with enough well played out characters that the show just grows on you and hooks you but-good.
