This summer I mentioned that I’d watched the Watchmen Motion Comic on Blu-ray and really enjoyed it - well there’s another set of motion comics that are coming down the pipeline this fall, one of which started mid-August.

And who is behind this new motion comic endeavour? It’s none-other than Marvel.

The first comic to get the specialized animation treatment is Spider Woman - and while I have never been a great fan of the Spider Woman character, I have to say that after watching the motion comic music video to promote the comic, and then sitting down to watch the first episode (currently available for free on Marvel’s motion comic site - though that might change soon) I’d have to say that this medium appeals to me greatly.
