This week has been a tough week.

Work? Busy.

At home? Busy.

The cottage? Well, despite going there for relaxation, there’s always things that need doing there too… and therefore, busy.

Yeah, it’s summer time and life’s busy. It always seems to end up this way. When summer approaches you always tell yourself that this summer things will be different. You will try and relax more, get to bed earlier and enjoy the weekends by not over-scheduling yourself.

And then once summer is in full swing you wonder just what the hell went wrong.

But despite the real-life maelstrom all around me, life’s good. Work might be busy, but it’s good to have a job and it’s good that there’s plenty to get done. We’re packing to move next month, and that’s great too, because… well, you know… new house! And cottage? Being busy at the cottage hardly feels like work. It’s hard work sometimes, but it’s different work - if I don’t get to it, it’s all “whatever” anyways.

So the summer rolls along, I keep busy, and I browse the web to pass the time. It’s how I relax in the evenings. And if you’re busy like me, I hope you find the time to just kick back and enjoy in kind. Here’s some of the fun stuff I came across this week:
