It seems as though I’ve been finding some time to play a few games lately. I have recently bought a Nintendo DS, but this time around I managed to find time in front of the PC to do a bit of gaming. I didn’t say I had a lot of time, I managed to find just enough time to play the demo for a game I wanted to check out called And Yet It Moves.
I was not too sure of what to expect when I first read about this game; it certainly had an interesting look to it, sort of a paper collage look, it’s just different enough to grab your attention visually. But I have had experiences in the past where a game is all look and no substance - I was fully expecting I would be disappointed by this one.
But no matter, I still intended to check it out. I wanted to see if the game looked as cool when you were playing, or if it truly was just a case of “it looks good in their video, but meh, it’s only OK” syndrome. I have to say, the play demonstration videos were pretty much bang on, this game looks as good as they claimed.
