It is rather amusing how you will hear or see something that would normally go by mostly unnoticed, but you get the sound bite or image firmly planted in your skull and it continually peaks your interest and building upon your curiosity.

Aggro posted about attending New York Comic Con 2009 a few weeks back. He talked about all sorts of slick happenings, but for some reason his experience with Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars stuck, and I started reading about it here and there. The urge to play the game increased as I looked into it.

I skipped GTA San Andreas and GTA IV, I don’t know exactly why, but I guess the game looked so similar that the desire to play this game again was just not renewed.

But this new GTA on the Nintendo DS? Wow. It has back to old-school top-down visuals… and the visuals looked great considering the platform! I was really psyched to get this game and start playing - there was only one problem, I did not even own a DS.
