Since I discussed Peggle Nights last week, I wanted to update with some fun Peggle news.

PopCap has released a bonus level pack for Peggle Nights.  That’s right - more sweet Peggle goodness.  Not only do you get 5 new levels, but there are 10 new challenges based on those levels.  Did I mention the levels have a holiday theme? Wait, did I mention the whole thing is completely free?

If you own Peggle Nights, grab this sucker at once (I’m not sure if it will be free forever)!  I’ve already played around with the new levels and they’re great.  I was initially concerned that because I bought Peggle Nights from Big Fish Games and not directly from PopCap, I wouldn’t be able to partake in the bonus level pack goodness.  But I simply downloaded and installed and it worked perfectly.  So wherever you scored your Peggle Nights, you should have no problem playing these holiday levels.

Kudos to PopCap for giving us this great holiday gift at absolutely no cost!  And just when I thought my Peggle fixation was waning…they’ve pulled me right back in.

I was first introduced to Peggle through Peggle Extreme, the shorter Peggle game that came with the Orange Box.  If you’ve never tried Peggle and you don’t own the Orange Box (are you crazy…you don’t own the Orange Box?!?), Steam is currently offering Peggle Extreme at the low, low price of zero dollars.  Yep, go grab it for free and have fun!

So the Peggle peeps are definitely on my Nice List this holiday season…but if they don’t give me a level editor by this time next year it’s the Naughty List for them.
